Bromine pills are a slow dissolving product well suited for Spa Pools and Hot Tubs. As they dissolve over a week they add the daily dose of bromine into the water to sanitize bacteria and algae.

Place Bromine pills into a floating dispensor, inbuilt dispensor or place in the spa pool skimmer basket.

Description

Spa Pool & Hot Tub Dose Rate: Add four pills per 1,000L. This will produce a bromine reading of 2.0 ppm for up to five days. Shock dose every 5 days with Spa Master Oxygen Shock. Maintain a bromine level of 1.5 – 3.0ppm

    pH is a scale measurement of the acidity or alkalinity of the water. The scale runs from 0 – 14. 0 being extremely acidic and 14 is very alkaline. Neutral is at 7. Why is pH important? The pH of the human eye is about 7.4. For comfortable swimming, it is best to have your pool water at the same level. If you drop too far below 7.4, the water is too acidic and stings your eyes. If the pH rises too far above 7.4 the alkalinity irritates your eyes.

    Additionally, 7.2 – 7.6 is the range in which chlorine is most effective as a sanitizer. If you pH is too high or low than the chlorine will be ineffective at eliminating the bacteria in the water.

    Spa Master Cartridge Cleaner is a concentrated cleansing solution for the removal of dirt, oil, body fats, grease and film from filter cartridges and bag filters. Filter cartridges should be cleaned every 10-12 weeks in normal use.

    Dose Rate: Add 330ml of concentrated Cartridge Cleaner into a 10L bucket of water and soak the cartridge for 24 hours. Hose off and allow to dry before returning the cartridge to the filter housing.
