Payment can be made online via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club cards. For your and our safety, and to try and reduce credit card fraud, we have imposed a limit of $1,500 NZD for all Credit Card transactions.
For purchases over the limit of $1,500 the payment system will provided our account details for payment to be made via Direct Credit. When paying via Direct Credit please ensure that the order reference number is included in the reference field.
We have listed a large proportion of our product range in the online catalogue, but not our full range. Our stock systems are not currently linked into the website. Orders may be dispatched from either Auckland or Christchurch depending on stock availability and transit times. Because of the nature of our products and the fact that we manufacture many of them, we carry a large stock in our warehouses at all times. Should an item not be currently in stock when you order it, we will contact you as soon as we process the order to advise the ETA of new stock.
A freight free limit of $400 exists. All purchases under the value of $400 (including GST) shall have freight charges added to the invoice at the time of checkout, all purchases over the value of $400 shall be delivered freight free.
We currently only ship to destinations within New Zealand. If you are outside of New Zealand, please contact us and we may be able to direct you to one of our suppliers in your country.
Please note, that we do not ship to Islands around NZ (Waiheke, Stewart etc) without first doing special freight quotes.
Some of our chemical products, such as chlorine, are Dangerous Goods and because of the provisions for transporting these slightly longer than expected freight times and higher than regular freight costs may occur. You will be fully made aware of the delivery charges during the checkout process after entering the delivery address.
Please note that all deliveries are required to be signed for, so perhaps consider having them delivered to your work place if no one will be home to sign.
It is important to check the packages for any signs of damage or breakage, as once the delivery has been signed for, the freight company will not cover any damage caused during transit.
All products we sell are covered by a minimum 24 month warranty against manufacturing faults. Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase for any warranty claims. Faulty items must be returned to us for appraisal and replacement or repair at our discretion.
To arrange a warranty return, please contact our Head Office on (09) 634 9097. Please have a description of the product, fault and a copy of your proof of purchase handy when you call us.
Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods may be returned to us with 7 working days for a refund provided they are returned in the original condition. The cost of returning the goods shall be paid by the purchaser.
